Evidence of Learning Document and Learning Skills due no later than June 17, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.

1. Hyperlink all evidence of learning into the OBSERVATION column of the document.
2. Ensure that you have self-assessed each of the chosen assignments/tasks with the appropriate rubric, which should be located at the end of each task. If you don’t have a rubric, ask for one.
3. I suggest adding the levels you determine to the OBSERVATION column too for a good workflow.
4. Review and determine an overall level and peg the level to a percentage mark out of 100.
5. Add the mark to the bottom of the document.
6. Write your reflection there or in Sesame.
7. Complete the Learning Skill page and  link it to the document and/or Sesame.

Senior Academic Summative Portfolio due no later than June 22, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.

A conversation regarding the exam will take place on June 23, 2016.

The exam will be held on June 27, 2016, at 1:00 p.m.
